By placing an order with Canvas Rejects or Divine Rejects, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.
These terms apply to all physical products, zines, comics, and wearable art purchased through our website.

1. ONE-OF-ONE HANDMADE ART

All Canvas Rejects shirts and wearable items are one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces.
Variations in color, distressing, texture, or design are intentional and part of the artistic process.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that your piece may differ slightly from product photos.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the unique, handmade, non-replicable nature of our items:

  • No returns
  • No exchanges
  • No cancellations after purchase

Please review sizing guides, descriptions, and photos carefully before buying.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Handmade pieces may occasionally require more time.

Shipping Responsibility

Once the order is shipped and tracking is provided, Canvas Rejects / Divine Rejects is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Damage caused during transit

Any delivery issues must be handled with the shipping carrier.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Any additional charges required by their country’s postal system

We cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue the contents.

5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We do our best to describe each piece accurately.
However, because each item is handmade, small variations should be expected.
Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.

6. SIZING

Sizing information is provided based on Gildan Heavy Cotton standards.
Please check measurements before purchasing.
We are not responsible for sizing issues due to customer selection.

7. CARE & MAINTENANCE

Items must be cared for using our Washing & Care Instructions.
Canvas Rejects is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling.

8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Zines, Comics, PDFs)

Digital items, when purchased, are delivered electronically.
All digital sales are final.
Sharing or redistributing digital files is strictly prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing, you agree that Canvas Rejects / Divine Rejects is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Allergic reactions to materials
  • Misuse or alteration of products
  • Third-party shipping delays or issues

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time.
Changes apply immediately upon posting to the website.
